Pistachio Nut Ice Cream Ingredients

2 c Half-and-half 1/8 ts Almond extract
1 c Milk 1 ds Salt
4 oz Egg beaters or egg substitut 1 Or 2 drops green food
2/3 c Sugar 1/2 c Coarsely chopped roasted
2 ts Vamilla extract

Instructions for Pistachio Nut Ice Cream

Combine ingredients except pistachios in a blender or food processor and process until well combined. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to freeae. Blend for a few seconds before pouring into the ice cream maker. Follow the manufacturers instructions for freezing. About a minute before ice cream is finished, add nuts and finish freezing.
