Ingredients
- 1 Loaf Party Rye or Cocktail
- 2 lb Ground meat (we like beef;
- 1/2 lb Velveeta (up to 1)
- Seasonings to taste. I use
Preparation
Heres a weekend favorite with my crowd: Brown meat in medium to large skillet. Season to taste. Add Velveeta in chunks until melted with the meat. Spread slices of bread out and drop spoonfuls of the meat/cheese combo on the bread slices. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or freeze and bake later. We like to make these and freeze them.
