Peanut Butter Balls Ingredients

2 lb Creamy or chunky peanut 2 pk (12oz.) chocolate chips
1 lb Margarine; (at room temp.) 1/2 Bar parafin
3 lb Confectioners sugar

Instructions for Peanut Butter Balls

Mix peanut butter and margarine with sugar until smooth. Form into small balls. Refrigerate balls. In top of double boiler, slowly melt chocolate chips and parafin. Using a toothpick, dip cold balls into chocolate. Let them dry on waxed paper. (Makes about 250 to 300.) Posted to Bakery-Shoppe Digest by Cathy Marler on Apr 17, 1998
