- 2 c Sugar**
- 1/4 c Wine or grape juice
- 1/2 c Cake meal
- 1/2 c Matza meal
- 1/2 c Potato starch
- FOR 9" x 13" PAN:
- 3 c Sugar**
- 1/3 c Wine or grape juice
- 3/4 c Cake meal
- 3/4 c Matza meal
- 3/4 c Potato starch
- 3/4 c Oil
- 1/2 c Oil
- 1/4 c Orange juice
- 1/3 c Orange juice
- 4 Eggs
- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 c Chopped nuts
- 3/4 c Chopped nuts
- 4 tb Cocoa
- 6 tb Cocoa
Preparation
1. Beat eggs and sugar, until light. 2. Add oil, OJ and wine. Mix well. 3. Add remaining dry ingredients. Mix well. 4. Pour into greased pan. 5. Sprinkle with nuts. 6. Bake 30 minutes. ** can reduce amount of sugar used without loss of sweet taste. also you can use more wine or grape juice instead of the OJ Preheat oven to 350F.
