Oregon Gooseberry Chutney Ingredients
1 cn (16.5 ounces) OregoN
SPICES
1/2 c
Brown sugar
Ground
allspice
1 tb Plus 2 teaspoons
cider
Cinnamon
1/8 ts
Salt
Ground
cloves
Instructions for Oregon Gooseberry Chutney
Combine gooseberries, sugar, vinegar and salt in saucepan. Simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. During last 10 minutes: 1/4 of 1/4 (dont overdo) of each of the spices to follow: May be packed in sterile jars for storage or kept in the refrigerator.
