  • 6 lg Mushrooms; chopped
  • 8 Cloves garlic (love that

  • 1/2 lb Pasta of your choice

  • 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Date: Fri, 10 May 1996 13:35:52 CDT From: "Susan Brooks" Cook artichokes by package directions. Set aside. In a nonstick skillet set on high, add garlic, onion, and mushrooms, stirring frequently until mushrooms begin to release their water. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes. Lower temperature to medium, add artichokes, sauce, and parsley and mix well. Cover skillet and lower heat; simmer while you cook pasta. Serve sauce over cooked pasta.
