Noodles Romanoff Ingredients

1/2 c Cottage cheese; creamed 1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Light sour cream 1 ds Pepper
1 ts Grated onion 1 tb Chopped parsley
1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce 1 c Cooked egg noodles
1/8 ts Caraway seed; optional Paprika

Instructions for Noodles Romanoff

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, worcestershire sauce, caraway seeds, salt, pepper and parsley. Fold into noodles. Turn into caserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered 15 mins. or until heated through. Serves 2 as a side dish or 1 as a main dish. Variation-add cooked salmon or cooked chicken cut in cubes.
