Mock Whipped Cream Ingredients

1 Egg white	1/3 c Sugar
Juice of 1 lemon	1 lb Ripe bananas

Instructions for Mock Whipped Cream

Beat egg white until foamy. Gradually add sugar and lemon juice. Continue beating until stiff. Slice bananas; add to egg white mixture. Beat until stiff and well blended and the mixture will stand in peaks. Serve on hot ginger bread. Posted to recipelu-digest by "Diane Geary" on Feb 22, 1998
