Multigrain Bread Ingredients

FOR 11/2 LB. LOAF3/4 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/3 c Water 1/3 c Rolled oats; toasted
2 tb Honey 3 tb Dry milk powder
1 tb Butter 3 tb Cornmeal
1 ts Salt 3 tb Toasted wheat germ
2 c Bread flour 2 ts Active dry yeast.

Instructions for Multigrain Bread

Place all ingredients in bread pan and process on basic or whole wheat cycle. The flours in this recipe will vary in water absorption and so you may need to add more flour or water to get the right consistency.
