Preparation

Clean mushrooms and place in food processor. Pulse several times, then process about 1 minute until the mushrooms are very finely chopped. Place the garlic with its oil in a medium fry pan. Add the mushrooms and cook over high heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture is nearly dry, about 6 minutes. Stir in the tarragon, tomato paste and cayenne, blending well.
