Mushrooms Au Gratin Ingredients

1 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced Salt to taste
2 tb Butter Pepper to taste
1/3 c Sour cream 1/4 c Finely chopped parsley
1 Egg yolk 1/4 c Grated Swiss cheese

Instructions for Mushrooms Au Gratin

Saut? mushrooms in butter until light brown. Simmer 2 minutes. Blend sour cream, egg yolk, salt and pepper until smooth. Add to mushrooms. Heat, stirring constantly, until blended. Pour into a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 425? until cheese is melted. Yield: 4 servings. SISSY CLINTON (MRS.
