Maple Syrup Pie Ingredients

1/2 c Butter, melted 4 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 c Heavy maple syrup 1 1/4 c Pecan halves
1/2 c Brown sugar, firmly packed 1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
1/8 ts Salt Sweetened whipped cream

Instructions for Maple Syrup Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend together butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in eggs mixing until well blended. Add pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40-45 minutes until firm. Serve with sweetened whipped cream. Note: For a less rich pie, reduce butter to 1/4 cup.
