Marinated Vegetables Ingredients
4 c Assorted fresh vegetables;
1 tb
Sugar
1/4 c
Lemon
juice
1/2 ts
Oregano
1/4 c
Vegetable oil
1/8 ts
Pepper
Instructions for Marinated Vegetables
1. In a large shallow dish combine lemon juice, oil, sugar, salt, oregano and pepper. 2. Add vegetables, and toss to coat. 3. Cover and marinate 6 hours or overnight.
