Maryland Crabcakes Ingredients

1 lb Fresh crabmeat 1 ts Minced parsley
1/2 c Cracker crumbs 1 ts Lea & Perrins
2 tb Mayonnaise 4 tb Butter
1 tb Prepared mustard Lemon wedges
1 Egg; beaten

Instructions for Maryland Crabcakes

Gently mix crab with cracker crumbs. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, egg, parsley and Lea & Perrins. Blend this mixture with meat. Make patties about 3 inches across.
