Middle East Pita Pockets Ingredients

SAUCE FILLING
1/2 c Canned chick peas, drained 1/2 c Chopped cucumber
1/4 c Water 1/2 c Yellow squash, julienned
1 tb Sesame seeds 1/4 c Sliced radishes
1 Clove garlic 1/4 c Sliced green onions
1/2 ts Hot Pepper Sauce 1 Pita breads (6 inch)

Instructions for Middle East Pita Pockets

Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Mix the vegetables together in a small bowl. Cut pita breads in half to form pockets. Spoon vegetable mixture into each pocket.
