Lollipops Ingredients

2 c Sugar 1/2 ts Oil Of Peppermint
2/3 c Light Corn Syrup 5 dr Food Coloring
1 c Water

Instructions for Lollipops

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water. Place over heat; stir until sugar dissolves. Cook, without stirring, to hard crack stage (300 degrees). Add oil of peppermint and coloring. Cool slightly. Lay 24 skewers 4 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Drop syrup from tip of teaspoon over skewers to form 2 inch discs.
