Low-Fat Pumpkin Pie Ingredients

16 oz Canned pumpkin 2 tb Sugar
13 oz Evaporated milk 8 pk Equal? sweetener; 16
1 Egg 2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
2 Egg whites 2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Bisquick? baking mix

Instructions for Low-Fat Pumpkin Pie

Heat oven to 350?. Lightly grease or spray 9" pie pan with PAM. Mix all ingredients together. Blend 1 minute or beat 2 minutes. Pour into pie pan and bake 50 minutes or until center is puffed up.
