Manhattan Style Clam Chowder Ingredients

1/4 lb Diced bacon; fried & drained 1 1/2 ts Salt
1 lg Onion; diced Black pepper
2 Carrots; thinly sliced 1 Leaf
3 Celery with leaves; thinly 1 ts Thyme
1 tb Fresh parsley (or dried) 3 Potatoes; diced
1 lg Can tomatoes, broken up; 2 Or 3 cans clams with juice

Instructions for Manhattan Style Clam Chowder
