Ingredients
- 1 whole Corn cob (fresh, white) Kernels cut off, raw
- 2 tablespoon Jalapeno peppers (prepared) diced
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese grated
- 2 Whole wheat tortillas
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Salsa optional
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread cheese, jalapeno peppers, monterey jack cheese, cilantro and corn kernels on tortilla. Cover with other tortilla. Bake in oven until cheese melts, about 14 minutes. Slice into pie wedges and serve with dollup of sour cream and salsa.
