Instructions for Steve's Turkey Burgers
Use your hands to mix burger ingredients together lightly. DO NOT OVERMIX.
Using a tupperware lid, shape burgers into patties, no more than 3/4 inches thick. Place in freezer for at least 40 minutes; this helps keep the burger together during cooking.
Preheat grill to medium hot heat. Oil grill and place chilled burgers on it. They cook quickly, so turn after 3-4 minutes. Cook on each side for a total of 4 minutes. Place cheese on burgers, cover grill to melt. Serve with traditional burger toppings.
Drizzle some olive oil (careful of flames!) on the burger 1 minute before serving.

My wife visited me in DC over the Holidays. This was our choice for our New Year's Eve meal (Dec 07). Delicious! We finished them off the next day for lunch.
