Crockpot Rotisserie Chicken Ingredients

3 -4 lb. chicken rinsed, patted dry3/23 tsp. season salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil aluminum foil

Instructions for Crockpot Rotisserie Chicken

Prepare deli-style chicken at home by aid of your crockpot.

Rub chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle with season salt to taste. Spray inside crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Put foil balls in bottom of the crockpot. Place the chicken on top, breast side up. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours.

Note: Do not add water or other liquid to crockpot.

Do not cook on LOW setting.

I won't make this recipe again. My husband didn't like it at all. We both thought it lacked flavor. One plus is that the chicken turned out pretty moist.

It was Awesome! i could not beleive that the chicken turned out that good, the only thing different i did was add an whole onion in the cavity of the chicken
