Finger-licking Honey Spareribs ... Ingredients
1/2 c
honey
or more
1 ts Dijon-style
mustard
4 tb minced
onion
3 lb
pork
spareribs
2 tb dry
red wine
optional
salt
to taste
1 tb
Worcestershire sauce
pepper
to taste
Instructions for Finger-licking Honey Spareribs ...
DIRECTIONS:
1 Combine the first six ingredients in a small saucepan and bringto a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
2 Reduce heat and simmer,uncovered, 5 minutes.
3 Sprinkle spareribs with salt and pepper.
4 Placeon a rack over a roasting pan; cover with foil and bake at 375°F 35 to 45minutes.
5 Uncover and brush generously with sauce.
6 Bake 45 minutes, brushing with sauce every 15 minutes, until spareribs are fully cooked and tender. Cut spareribs into serving portions and serve with remaining sauce. Servings:
