George's Cheesy Taco Casserole ... Ingredients

1 lg onion	2 c Sharp Cheddar
1/4 c 16-ounce jar Thick & Chunky Salsa	Garnish suggestions:
1/4 c 10-ounce can Enchilada Sauce	Sour cream Hot Jalapeño Slices
1 pk pkg 12 ORTEGA® Taco Shells broken into pieces

Instructions for George's Cheesy Taco Casserole ...

DIRECTIONS:

1 PREHEAT oven to 350° F.

2 HEAT vegetable oil in largeskillet over medium-high heat.add grounfd beef, Cook beef intil no longerpink

3 Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or untiltender.

4 Stir in salsa and enchilada sauce.

5 Bring to aboil.

6 Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4minutes.

7 LAYER half of taco shell pieces in ungreased 13 x 9-inch bakingdish.

8 Top with half of beef anf salsa mixture and half of cheese;repeat layers.

9 BAKE for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese ismelted.

10 Garnish with sour cream, jalapeños and avocado.
