Curtis's Grilled Mushroom Caps Ingredients

Curtis's Grilled Mushroom 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
4 ea Portobello Mushroom Cap Whole1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
12 ea Small Sun-dried tomatos sliced1 pinch Cracked pepper
2 tablespoon Olive oil 1 pinch Dried parsley

Instructions for Curtis's Grilled Mushroom Caps

Place mushroom caps top side down, on a medium fire grill, grill for 10 mins, then take off,
Place 3 sun dried tomatos on each cap, drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, place back on grill on low heat until cheese is melted,take off grill and plate sprinkle caps and plate with a pinch of cracked pepper and dried parsley.
