Jack Casserole Ingredients
1 cup each
Cheddar
and pepper jack cheese shredded
1 1/2 cups all purpose baking mix
2 Tbsp. instant
onion
1/2 tsp.
pepper
1 cup
Ham
or crumbled bacon
1/2 tsp. dry
mustard
6 medium
Eggs
1/2 cup melted
butter
2 cups
milk
Instructions for Jack Casserole
Bisquick makes this casserole a breeze to prepare.
Preheat oven to 400F. Butter a 9x13" pan. Sprinkle cheeses, onion and bacon/ham on bottom of pan. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese and onion. Bake 25-30 minutes.
