3/4 c Milk
1 Egg
1 tb Butter
3 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Bread Flour
1 1/2 ts Yeast

Preparation

Absolutely perfect. I make this recipe twice a week for my family. Everyone likes it. I do add a couple TBSP of wheat gluten to it. If you are wanting to use this bread for sandwiches, you need to wait a day to cut it. It bakes up super soft and is hard to cut into even slices when super fresh.
