Outback Steakhouse Caesar Salad Dressing Ingredients

1 c pasteurized eggs (I use Egg Beaters)1 tb pepper
1 1/4 oz crushed garlic 1 tb dry mustard
3 1/2 oz parmesan cheese 1 1/2 oz anchovy
2 2/3 tb red wine vinegar 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb lemon juice 1 12/25 c olive oil
1 tb salt 2 tb chopped fresh parsley

Instructions for Outback Steakhouse Caesar Salad Dressing

1. Blend all ingredients 20 seconds on high and then 20 seconds on low.

2. Makes 1 quart.
