Ken's Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients

1 package cream cheese 2 cups powdered icing sugar
1 stick butter 1/2 cup chopped pecans Garnish
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions for Ken's Cream Cheese Frosting

1) Blend cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
2) Add vanilla and a little powder sugar at a time until all has been blend well.
3) Turn mixer on high and beat until frosting is light and fluffy.
4) Spread frosting over the cooled cake or muffins and sprinkle with pecans.
