1/2 teaspoon
Lemon
juice
1 jar
Salmon
Roe
Chives
chopped
8 ounce
Cream cheese
3 heads
Endive
Instructions for Endive with Lemon Cream Cheese and Roe -- Simple Appetizers
Chill serving plates ahead of time in freezer.
Combine cream cheese and lemon juice. Mix in chopped chives.
Take endive lettuce, and fill with lemon cream cheese. Top with alternating black and red roe. Serve on garnished, cold plate.
