In microwave-safe baking dish, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar and salt. Stir in rice, raisins and vanilla. Cook, uncovered, on HIGH for 8-10 minutes, Stir ring every 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg and let stand about 30 minutes before stirring.
