Very moist and not too sweet. My boyfriend asks me to make this bread at least once a week!

As others have said, very quick and easy to make. It was great to have all the ingredients on hand to make this too.

I'll be making this again. ^_~

Simple, quick and with few ingredients. There are more exciting banana breads but they are not this simple.

Delicious and very easy! I added cinnamon, and maybe will add nuts next time to add some more flavor/texture.

The kids and hubby loved this recipe. They gave it 5 stars and are asking when I will make this banana bread again.

This was VERY simple to make and had wonderful results. (But not in my toaster oven.) Easy to add a handful of walnuts.

I substituted almond meal (ground almonds, available at Trader Joe's) for half of the flour. Delicious. Also, I used 2 smaller loaf tins to make 2 smaller loaves.

This was the easiest recipe I have ever made. I had everything on hand and it was done in a split of a second. My husband fell in love with this because it is not to sweet and it is very moist. He will be asking for this all the time now. He will either drink coffee or milk, or even by itself. it is very delicious.

Easy to make - ingredients always on hand for most households. Perfect with milk or a nice cup of tea!
