Chicken Breasts With Lime Butter Ingredients

6 tablespoon Butter 4 large Chicken breast ( skinned)
1 tablespoon Chives Minced4 tablespoon Lime Juice
3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil 2 teaspoon Cayenne Seasoning

Instructions for Chicken Breasts With Lime Butter

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and saute 4 mins, until lightly browned. Turn chicken, cover, and reduce heat tolow. Cook 10 mins or until tender. Remove to a platter and keep warm. Discard oil and wipe out pan. Add lime juice and cook over low heat until bubbly. Add cayenne, butter, stirring until butter becomes opaque and sauce thickens. Stir in chivesand dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon over chicken and serve.

This recipe sounded a bit sinful at first (6 Tbsp of butter!) but was very good! I would aso recommend adding a bit less cayenne pepper, unless you like it spicy!

I thought it was great although my wife thought it was a little spicy, I will cut back on the cayenne pepper by about 2/3 the next time I make it.
