Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake Ingredients

1/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs1/2 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Sugar 3 Eggs
2 ounces Chocolate 1 cup Sour Cream
12 ounces Cream Cheese Softened1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions for Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

In 9 microwavable quiche dish, round baking dish or deep pie plate, melt butteron high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in chocolate crumbs and sugar till evenlycoated with butter. Press onto bottom and sides of pan. Microwave at high 2-3 minutes or till firm.

In small dish, melt chocolate at medium 50% for 2-3minutes, stirring to help chocolate melt.
In large bowl, beat cream cheeseand sugar till light. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add sour cream andvanilla and beat till smooth.

Pour into baked crust. Drizzle chocolate overmixture in attractive pattern. Microwave, uncovered at medium 50% 14 to 18minutes, or till cheesecake is almost set in the centre. Cool on countertop toroom temperature, then refrigerate til needed.
