Helen's Salisbury Steak Or Meatballs Ingredients

-MEAT MIX- 1 tablespoon Oil
1 pound Lean ground beef -SAUCE-
4 Green onions chopped fine2 pk Dry beef stock mix bovril
1 pk Dry beef stock mix 2 tablespoons Flour
2 tablespoons Flour 1 Water
1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions for Helen's Salisbury Steak Or Meatballs

Mix all ingredients for meat mix, except oil and butter. form desired size meat balls or patties. brown in oil and butter mix. Remove when done and add a small amount of water (1/2 cup?) add bovril and flour and whisk up. Serve over meat with mashed potatoes. hp By Robyn Walton on 06
