Creamy Italian Chicken Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast halves 1 pkg. Cream cheese (8oz) softened
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup undiluted
1/2 cup water 1 can Mushroom and peices drained

Instructions for Creamy Italian Chicken

Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Combine salad dressing mix
and water; pour over chicken. cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and soup until blended.
Stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Cook one hour longer, or
until chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice or pasta.

Very easy to make and was very tasty. Its hard to cook chicken like that without it drying out so I kept an eye on the chicken and pulled it under 4 hours. I used fresh mushrooms and it added a nice flavor to it.

This was delicious! My husband loved it too and it was so easy to make! You can also use fat free cream cheese and fat free cream of chicken soup--the consistency is still really good.
