I made this dish for dinner tonight was very easy and very tasty. I also tried new twist, I cut the chicken into 1 in. squares and took a knife and made a pocket then inserted a small chunck of cheese into it before breading.

I made these again on the 8-3-06 and followed the instructions exactly, but I was not happy with how they turned out after being cooked in the oven. I will be pan frying them in batches from now on.

A word of warning to others that might decide to leave them sitting in the flour in the fridge overnight, Dont Do It. I had to pan fry them but they still turned out great but am sure they will be even better the next time I make them properly.
