Toffee Crunch Blondies Ingredients

2 1/4 cups All purpose flour 2 ea Egg
1 teaspoon Baking powder 2 tblspoons Milk
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda 1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 3/4 cup Toffee Bits divided
1/2 cup Butter (1 stick)1 cup Semisweet chocolate
1 cup Brown sugar packed

Instructions for Toffee Crunch Blondies

Heat oven to 350F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan or casserole dish. Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In large mixer bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until well blended. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in 1 cups English Toffee bits and chocolate chips. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until edges begin to pull from sides of pan. Remove from oven; immediately sprinkle remaining cup toffee bits over surface. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes about 36 bars.
