Baked Pineapple Bread Pudding Ingredients

12 slices White Bread Torn Into Strips 1 TBSP Butter Melted
1 can (20 oz) Pineapple Drained 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 eggs 9 Cherries Sprinkled On Top
1 TSP Vanilla 1 cup Half and Half

Instructions for Baked Pineapple Bread Pudding

For this recipe you will need a food processor , tear bread slices to fit into food processor chute , with processor running place bread into chute to form soft bread crumbs. Pour soft bread crumbs into greased 2 QT casserole dish.

Place Pineapple into your food processor , process for 20 seconds

Add Eggs, Half and Half , Vanilla , Melted Butter and Sugar , process until mixed.

Pour Pineapple mixture over soft bread crumbs , mix well , Top with Cherries , Bake at 350 for one hour or until golden brown .

I like this chilled although some like it served warm.
