Creamy Fudge Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups
Sugar
3 Cups
Semisweet Chocolate
Chips
1/2 Cup
Butter
1 Teaspoon
Vanilla
2/3 Cup Can
Milk
(5 Ozs.)
2 Cups
Walnut
s coarsely chopped
1 Jar
Marshmallow
Cream (7oz.)
Instructions for Creamy Fudge
Lightly grease a foil-lined 9x9x2 inch pan; set aside.
Heat sugar, butter, milk and marshmallow creme in heavy 3-qt. pot over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 5 minutes. (burns easily) It will make caramel looking streaks while it is cooking. Remove from heat.
Add chocolate chips and vanilla, stirring until chips are melted. Stir in walnuts. Immediately spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. For creamier fudge, let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving.
