Red Bean Salad Ingredients

2 cans red beans drained and rinsed1 cup mayonnaise
3 stalks celery chopped2 tablespoon pickle juice sour
1/3 cup red onion or scallions chopped4 eggs hard-boiled chopped
4 medium sour pickles chopped salt pepper to taste

Instructions for Red Bean Salad

Boil eggs, set aside, chop later

Mix all ingredients and chill and serve.
