Ingredients

Preparation

If you love Eggs Benedict or asparagus, you'll love how easy it is to make a rich and creamy blender Hollandaise sauce.

On low speed of blender, mix egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Slowly add hot butter to blender mixture. Immediately server over asparagus spears or Eggs Benedict.

I put mustard instead of worcectershire. LOVELY!

Great Recipe. I dropped the worcestershire sauce and add 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard. Wip or even use a blender for a truely creammy sauce.

There's nothing like fresh, homemade Hollandaise on Eggs Benedict. Serve it with champagne and orange juice (Mimosa's).

I add a little more lemon juice and a bit of corn starch to make it a bit thicker
