Almond and Cheese Rolls Ingredients

100 gram Almonds ,ground2 tablespoon Baking powder
50 gram Flaxseed 1 tablespoon Lecithin
10 gram Soy Protein Isolate 1 Tablespoon1 tablespoon Oil
15 gram Psyllium husks 2 Eggs
25 gram Sesame seeds 3 tablespoon Cottage cheese
1 1/2 tablespoon Splenda 2 tablespoon Water
50 gram Wholemeal flour 1/2 teaspoon Mixed spice

Instructions for Almond and Cheese Rolls

Mix together the dry ingredients, grinding almonds in food processor if neccessary.
add oil, eggs, cheese and water all at once, Mix quickly, divide the mixture into 8 piles on a greased oven tray and bake in a preheated oven at 185 deg Celsius, for 25 mins approx.


Per roll approx. : 4.5g net carb, 8.5g protein, 12g fat
