Tuna Chip Casserole

This is an old one that my mom used to make when I was a kid. Almost every kid I've ever met loves it. It gets prepared and made in one dish and it's fast. Your kids can even help out by crushing the chips for you!

I did not have any chips in the pantry, so used pasta. Mixed the mushroom soup, milk, tuna through the cooked pasta and sprinkled a cup of grated cheese on top before baking. Quick and easy meal.

Just as I remember it when I was a kid, back in the 40's. This will go under one of my favorites

My parents both had a dislike for Tuna, so I might be one of only a handful of people who grew up in 1980's America without eating a single variation of this dish. Husband ate it, kids ate it, I ate it. It wasn't a show-stopper, but it might be a staple and its dirt cheap and super easy to make!

This recipe tastes much better than it looks. I will make it again, both my husband and five year old son liked it. Can substitute green beans for peas... Very easy to make. My husband just commented again that "this is actually really good, it really is".
