Cheese Puffs/ Crab Rangoons

A cream cheese and imitation crab mixture is flavored with green onion, encased by a crisp wonton wrapper.

Ingredients


Preparation

1 Preheat deep fryer to 375 farenheit.

2 Mix Cream Cheese, imitationcrabmeat, sliced green onions

3 Drop 1 tablespoon of mixture in the center of each won ton wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half to make a triangle. Seal thewrapper around the mixture by wetting your finger with cold water and pressing the ends together.

4 When deep fryer is heated, drop into hot oil. Once theycome back to the top, flip over, and cook until lightly browned. Place on papertowel-lined plate and pat excess oil.
