Ham and blueberries Ingredients
-- HEADING --
1/3 cup Low Sugar
Apricot
Jam (any flavor will work)
2 lb Center Cut Of
Ham
center slice
1 tbsp
Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Water
4 tbsp
Lemon
Juice
1 tbsp
Cornstarch
1 cup
Blueberries
Instructions for Ham and blueberries
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Trim fat from the edge of the ham slice (if required). Place in baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. In a small pot, combine cornstarch and water.
3. Stir in apricot jam, brown sugar, and lemon juice and then cook over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes until the sauce is thickened and bubbly. Stir in the blueberries and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Spoon sauce over ham and serve
NOTE
You can replace the apricot jam with any flavor jam that you feel necessary.
