Steve's Salsa

Great and easy homemade salsa.

Ingredients

  • 3 14 oz cans Diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 medium White onion diced
  • 1/2 lg bunch Cilantro chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 Lime juice of
  • 1/3 can (12 oz) Ro-Tel Diced tomatoes & chilies

Preparation

Mix all together and enjoy. Flavors meld better if made the day ahead, but we eat it anytime!

This is quick and simple. Crush the tomatoes in a molcajete if you have one. It makes a more "authentic" presentation.
