Chicken Soy Bean Casserole Ingredients

1 package Chicken breast halves No skin and no bone1 pk Sour cream
1 can (12 oz) Black Soy Beans drained1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
1 can (12 oz) Tomatoes diced

Instructions for Chicken Soy Bean Casserole

Cut the chicken breasts into a little larger than bitesized pieces and place in a oiled or buttered ovensafe dish.
While Soy beans drain, pour the chopped tomatoes over the chicken and when the soy beans are drained do the same with them.
Spread the sour cream over the chicken, tomato, soy bean and top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 - 375 F for about 45 mins or until chicken is tender and cheese has started to brown (I like mine to be almost crunchy)
