Super easy and nice on a hot summer day
Wash, but do not peal the cucumber. Shred cucumber on the big shredder and let it drain for about an hour or two.
While cucumber is draining chop the cloves of garlic and mix it with yoghurt.
When cucumber is done draining, mix with the yoghurt and eat.
This is a super nice dipping type sauce. Sometimes I like to eat it with pita bread or serve it as a side to porkchops, chicken or lamb
