Family Sheperds Pie Ingredients

2 cups Chicken cooked	1/4 tsp Onion powder
1 ea Frozen Mixed Vegetables packaged	1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 ea Cream of Chicken Soup condensed (can)	3 cups Mashed Potatoes
1/2 cup Low-Fat Milk

Instructions for Family Sheperds Pie

1. In large skillet, combine all ingredients except the potatoes and cook over high heat mixing well.
2. Cook for 5-8 minutes
3. Remove from heat and dollop with the potatoes.
