coffee cake Ingredients

1/4 cup Shortening	2 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/3 cup Sugar	1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cracked Egg	2/3 cup Milk
2 cups Flour

Instructions for coffee cake

cream all ingreadients together exept shortening grease pan with shortening then pour batter in pan bake at 425 for 25 minutes. turn the dish turn every 2 minutes. add cinnamon on the top when done.
